An exciting Property Management company facing both commercial and residential spaces, is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team.

Your new role

  • Dealing with telephone, email and post enquiries.
  • Assisting with meeting minutes.
  • Providing administrative assistance to Property Managers and their portfolio of properties.
  • Administering management keys, fobs, remotes and permits for contractors or residents.
  • Providing tracking of the progress of maintenance issues and seeing them through to completion.
