Project Surveyor opportunity in Essex

Your new role
As the Project Surveyor you will sit within the Building Surveying and Project Management team to deliver projects on behalf of clients, predominantly within the commercial property sector. As the Project Surveyor you will be involved in the full project lifecycle from conducting initial defect analysis and condition surveys through to specification writing, contract administration and project delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need a recognised professional qualification e.g. RICS, CIOB or similar. You should have client facing experience within a building surveying and/or project management capacity. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
