This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to play a key role on a 280-unit scheme, ensuring delivery is maintained at pace while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a busy residential development project from inception through to completion
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
