Your new role As Event Project Manager, you'll sit at the heart of operational delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions, stakeholders, and suppliers. You'll drive the integration of planning, readiness, and delivery activities - ensuring dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and teams are fully aligned.
What you'll need to succeed Your role will cover:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional integration activities across operational teams
- Facilitate planning workshops to map dependencies and ensure alignment across all areas
- Support supplier onboarding and engagement, ensuring clear communication and readiness
- Drive readiness and testing activities to identify risks, gaps, and operational challenges
- Design, implement and manage internal systems and tools to support operational delivery
- Coordinate risk mitigation and contingency planning across key workstreams
- Support delivery of critical programmes, taskforces, and operational priorities
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including HR, procurement, technology, and operational teams
