Electrical Transmission Project Manager to lead a portfolio of M&E projects across the South West and South Wales region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager with strong substation or transmission experience to take ownership of complex works, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver projects that genuinely make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the successful end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of M&E construction projects
  • Driving exceptional health, safety and environmental performance across all phases
  • Managing time, cost and quality outcomes while ensuring contractual compliance
  • Working closely with planning teams to develop and monitor programme performance
  • Bringing together Construction, Commercial, Engineering and Design teams under a cohesive project ethos
  • Leading risk management strategies and ensuring timely resolution of technical and contractual matters
  • Contributing to new tender bids and supporting commercial reporting (including monthly CVRs)
  • Ensuring all project targets and scorecard measures are met or exceeded

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience delivering National Grid substation or electrical transmission projects
  • Proven leadership on design & build projects within the utilities or infrastructure sector
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with clients and suppliers
  • Construction/engineering qualification or equivalent experience
  • Project Management accreditation (APM, PMP or similar) desirable
  • Excellent understanding of NEC contracts
  • Strong knowledge of HSWA, CDM, EAWR and other key regulations
  • Commercially astute with solid risk and opportunity management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
