The company has developed a strong reputation for delivering innovative building solutions with a particular focus on programme certainty, quality, sustainability and minimising disruption.

Your new role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to completion. The position will involve:

  • Overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality and coordination
  • Managing projects from pre-construction through installation, completion and handover
  • Working collaboratively with design, commercial, manufacturing and site teams
  • Managing subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and other stakeholders

  • Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and quality are maintained

What you'll need to succeed You will ideally be an experienced Project Manager with a background in main contracting, design and build, offsite construction or modular building. You should have a proven ability to manage projects through the full construction lifecycle and be comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across design, commercial, manufacturing and site. Leadership, communication and client management skills will be essential, alongside excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage demanding situations. Experience within modular or offsite construction would be highly advantageous, although Project Managers from a strong traditional construction background who are interested in moving into this growing area of the industry will also be considered.

What you'll get in return This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and forward-thinking construction business operating in a specialist and growing part of the UK and Irish construction. You will have the opportunity to work on technically interesting projects where design, manufacturing and construction come together, while joining a business with an established track record across major education, healthcare, commercial and pharmaceutical developments.
