Project Manager -client facing (High-end Resi Construction) – London – £60,000
Our client is an established London D&B contractor offering both design and construct services, working in the high-end residential market. They have a history of successful project delivery, on structural residential refurb projects from £500,000 – £2M.
Current/recent project work is in Blackheath, Dulwich Village, Kensington and Wimbledon.
You will be a client facing Project Manager and a key interface between the client and office team, monitoring and supporting an experienced site delivery team over 3 live projects at any time. The business is in a period of growth, focusing on prime resi refurb and significant structural alterations.
Duties include:
You will have:Relevant experience in the London High End residential market including client focused.The ability to manage complex projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget.Client liaison skills, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and delivered.Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent, with SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
