Join a leading telecommunications company as a Project/Programme Coordinator! You will be supporting a major fibre network upgrade programme delivering next-generation broadband services. This role sits at the heart of the design assurance function, ensuring work is effectively coordinated, tracked, and delivered to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in managing workflow, supporting stakeholders, and maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-paced delivery team.

Role Details

  • Location: Birmingham (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
  • Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)
  • Contract Length: 26 weeks (with some visibility to extend)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming workflow from build and design teams, ensuring timely allocation of tasks
  • Coordinate and distribute workload across the design assurance team
  • Manage shared inbox and act as a central point of contact for queries and updates
  • Produce regular reports and maintain trackers to monitor delivery and performance
  • Coordinate resolution of design issues (e.g. cabinet and siting challenges), assigning actions to relevant regional teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external design partners, and build teams to ensure alignment
  • Support data analysis, reporting improvements, and overall operational efficiency

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing and prioritising multiple workstreams
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills (email, Teams, reporting)
  • Experience maintaining trackers, reports, and shared inboxes
  • Strong Excel and general IT skills
  • Telecoms or utilities experience is highly desirable
