Experienced Project Co‑ordinator supporting the Programme Manager and wider management team in the delivery of a major IT programme. Based in Hatfield (Hybrid 2/3 days per week) Inside IR35 Up to £300 per day. To start in July, 6 month contract initially.
The role combines Agile (Scrum) team support with Waterfall delivery governance, ensuring effective coordination, robust programme documentation, and clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and dependencies, with a key focus on enabling strong stakeholder engagement, maintaining programme-level plans, and ensuring consistent use of tooling (Jira and Confluence as mandatory platforms).
Experience Required:- 2–4 years’ experience as a Project Co‑ordinator, PMO Analyst, or Agile team support role within IT delivery
- Experience supporting Programme Managers or senior delivery leads
- Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, waterfall delivery and governance frameworks
- Proven experience maintaining Programme plans, RAID logs, and reporting packs, delivery documentation and artefacts
- Mandatory experience with Jira and Confluence (configuration, tracking, reporting)
- Familiarity with Delivery lifecycle (requirements, build, test, release)
