We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join one of our client's team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to project managers and ensure the smooth and efficient running of projects. You will be involved in various administrative tasks, helping to keep projects on track, within budget, and to the required standards.
Your new role
- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including the preparation of agendas and meeting rooms.
- Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and identify potential delays or issues.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial administration tasks.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records using relevant software and systems.
- Support the project team with general administrative duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a project-based environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (desirable).
