Your new role
As the Production Shift Manager, you will be working on a 4on 4off basis on rotational 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am). Within this leadership role, you will be reporting to the Site General Manager whilst managing 12 direct reports, and 100 indirect reports.
