Hays are delighted to be working with a Housing Association in London to recruit a Procurement Officer.

You will be joining an organisation that offers a flexible hybrid working approach with 2 days on-site in London and then 3 days remotely. In this role you will support the Head of Procurement to support with a variety of procurements. The organisation has a varied spend portfolio of goods and services and this role will give you exposure to a variety of different procurements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting procurement processes
  2. Maintaining supplier relationships across a broad portfolio
  3. Process and onboard new suppliers
  4. Monitor compliance with PCR23
  5. Provide spend analytics to drive value

We are looking for individuals with:

  1. Experience of working within a procurement function
  2. Knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and procedures.
  3. Experience of data analytics
  4. Strong IT skills, including MS Office applications, and eProcurement systems.
  5. Excellent customer management and influencing skills.
