Your new company You will be working for a top-tier Legal firm, known for its innovative approach and commitment to client service, often handling complex and high-stakes cases across their 26 worldwide offices. This firm is recognised for its commitment with regard to energy, ESG, infrastructure and resources, with an extensive international footprint. Your new role As a Procurement Manager reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will take responsibility for the FM, Marketing & Events categories, developing category plans across these areas of spend. You will focus on leading successful strategic sourcing projects across the mentioned categories, supporting senior stakeholders and conducting market analysis. As well as cost reduction, you will identify the best value for money, ensure processes are compliant in accordance with the firms’ legislative obligations and liaise with the Regional Operations Director for Asia & Australia. What you’ll need to succeed To be eligible for this role, you MUST have prior experience sourcing within FM, with Marketing, Events & Travel categories being highly desirable. You will also need to have a good knowledge of English Commercial Law, great presentation and communication skills, as well as a strong history of negotiating multi-million £GBP outsourcing contracts. You must be used to successfully running several sourcing projects and be a proficient user of MS Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. The client would prefer previous experience within either professional services or corporate environments, having completed or working towards a CIPS Professional qualification as well as a degree level or higher qualification. What you’ll get in return You will receive a base salary of up to £85,000 p/a, with a competitive, yet undisclosed bonus & benefits package. This role will be based in London with a flexible hybrid scheme of 1-3 days in the office after the initial 2 months.
