This popular City firm is looking to hire a lawyer to work on a broad range of procurement projects for both public sector and private clients, predominantly in the health, local government, emergency services and social housing sectors.
The team advises on complex procurements of contracts for some of the largest local authority projects and outsourcings as well as drafting commercial contracts including services and goods contracts, framework agreements, concession contracts, grant and collaboration agreements.
The department adopts a cradle to grave approach and covers the full cycle of procurement matters including design, drafting, delivering training and ongoing support.
Ideally you will have a solid understanding of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023, Procurement Regulations 2024 and the Provider Selection Regime and solid experience of drafting procurement and commercial contracts.
