Your new role: You will be joining a well-known and respected agricultural feed manufacturing business who are seeking a Process Operator to join them due to their ever-increasing workload. The process operator will be responsible for a range of tasks across the site including machine operation, loading/unloading, blending and pressing, packing and more. The process operator will continually work on key QSHE processes and protocols.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Intake of product following inspection, testing and control.
- Machine operation including manual, blending and pressing machinery.
- Packing and loading.
- Carry out machinery maintenance.
- Log all duties and tasks.
- Management of stock.
This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.
Skills & Experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Health & safety knowledge.
- Manual machinery operation experience.
- Good hand-eye co-ordination.
- Knowledge of plant processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
