A public sector organisation looking for planned and reactive maintenance surveyor to look after the Greater Manchester portfolio of residential properties. You will be looking after a variety of older and newer houses, delivering reactive maintenance surveys and quinquennial inspections. You will be working in a small team environment, autonomously delivering specifications and reports on the back of your inspections. This is a secure permanent position with a secure pipeline of work.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You will be a qualified building surveyor, MRICS chartered with experience delivering pre- and post-inspections, specifications and reports.
- You will have a full UK driving licence and have eligibility to work in the UK.
