Your new role
As a Principal or Associate Director Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller, you will provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of wastewater network modelling and drainage projects.
You will support the continued growth of the Belfast team, building strong client relationships while leading the delivery of complex hydraulic modelling solutions.
Key responsibilities include
Leading wastewater hydraulic modelling projects across the UK and Ireland.
Managing and reviewing complex sewer network models and drainage studies.
Providing technical leadership, mentoring and quality assurance.
Working closely with water utility and infrastructure clients.
Supporting business development and framework growth opportunities. Leading multidisciplinary project teams and developing junior engineers.
Delivering flood risk, resilience and wastewater network improvement studies.
Driving innovation through digital engineering and modelling technologies.
- What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in wastewater hydraulic modelling within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater network analysis, flooding and capacity assessments.
- Experience using industry-standard software such as: Info Works ICMInfo Drainage Arc GIS/GIS platforms Other hydraulic modelling packages
- Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships. Chartered Engineer status (ICE, CIWEM or equivalent) or working towards chartership.
For Associate Director level, previous experience leading teams, managing client accounts and supporting business growth would be highly desirable.
