Your new role
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and early independence.
- Work in partnership with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to support early learning and development.
- Track and record progress using school systems and contribute to EYFS team planning.
- Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally within a Reception class.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child-centred pedagogy.
