You'll be joining a highly respected national organisation at the forefront of Retirement Living and Extra Care services. In this rewarding Housing Manager position, you will take the lead in running a busy over-55s Retirement Living scheme ensuring residents receive a responsive, supportive and high-quality housing service. You'll be the key point of contact on site, creating a safe and welcoming environment where residents feel empowered to live independently.

You will oversee day-to-day housing operations, manage landlord responsibilities, coordinate maintenance, and provide practical housing advice. You'll also supervise a small on-site team ensuring services are delivered professionally, efficiently and with genuine care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused setting and enjoys building strong relationships within a close-knit community.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong background in housing management, tenancy support and maintenance coordination
  • Experience working with older or vulnerable residents in a similar role
  • Standard DBS
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and Health & Safety requirements
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
