We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator within HVAC to support the effective management of compliance across heating, ventilation, electrical, and associated safety programmes. This is a systems and data-focused role, ensuring compliance records, certification, and remedial works are accurately tracked, reported, and maintained to support a safe and fully compliant property portfolio.
Responsibilities of the Compliance Coordinator:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records across HVAC, electrical, and associated programmes
- Track and reconcile work orders, certification, and inspection reports
- Identify and escalate non-compliance issues and required remedial work
- Support performance monitoring through data analysis and reporting
- Administer compliance systems, including work orders, budgets, and records
- Prepare and validate reports to support operational performance
- Provide information for internal and external audits
- Support continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure service delivery

- Ensuring compliance data is accurate, current, and audit-ready
- Monitoring HVAC and electrical compliance performance
- Supporting the delivery of planned compliance programmes
- Coordinating certification, inspections, and remedial actions

The skills, knowledge and experience you'll need:
Essential:
- Experience in compliance, asset management, or property maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or building compliance requirements
- Experience supporting planned works and performance monitoring
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and database systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience with housing or asset management systems
- Knowledge of gas, electrical, or building safety compliance
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting
