What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with between NQ and 6 years' PQE and experience in employment law. Applicants should be confident managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering practical legal advice. Previous advocacy experience and an interest in business development would be advantageous.
