You’ll be joining a dedicated Property department that plays a vital role in maintaining and managing the organisation’s estate.
As a Property Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Property department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Helpdesk enquiries
- Coordinating with contractors
- Maintaining property records
- Supporting financial processes
- Contributing to data migration projects
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A willingness to undergo a Standard DBS check is necessary. Experience with finance systems or facilities management is desirable.
This is a temporary contract for 3 months initially with full-time hours (36.25 per week). Access to a Flexi Time Scheme is available, with a pay rate of £16.12 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
