As a Finance Operations Associate, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with the wider finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting reporting routines, and keeping core finance systems running smoothly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Transaction processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank transaction processing and supporting issue resolution
- Weekly and period-end reconciliations of key accounts
- Maintenance and administration of the Time & Materials (timesheet) system
- Monitoring transaction accuracy within finance and timesheet systems
- Processing and reconciliation of business pass-through charges
- Credit card expense reconciliation (e.g. Expensify or similar tools)
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end routines
- Assisting with internal and external audit requests
- Producing standard finance reports from multiple systems
- A willingness to support ad-hoc tasks and provide cover for team members during holidays or absence
