We’re supporting a prestigious luxury automotive brand in hiring a Pre-Owned Programme Specialist to enhance the performance, quality, and growth of their certified pre-owned (Provenance) programme. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on driving improvements across a global dealer network.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse programme performance across used car sales, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Use warranty data, complaints, and feedback to identify recurring issues.
- Build and improve reporting and processes.
