Our client is committed to achieving great customer outcomes. They support their customers without scripts or diallers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a data-driven PPC specialist with proven experience in the financial services sector. This role focuses on paid media (e.g., Google Ads), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and personalised digital marketing strategies across search, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and a proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and adherence to FCA advertising standards are critical.

Duties

  • Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid platforms.
  • Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and optimise landing pages.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency while meeting regulatory content standards.

Personalised Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute segmentation and remarketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns, including PPC, email, and SMS, ensuring personalisation and high performance.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign strategies in real-time to maximise ROI and lower CPA.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Utilise Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance.
  • Generate data-driven reports on ad spend, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in PPC, performance, and conversion optimisation (Essential).
  • 5+ years in financial services (Essential).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, SEMrush, and A/B testing tools (Essential).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and Excel (Essential).
  • Strong understanding of FCA advertising guidelines, and Google's policies on high-risk financial products. (Preferred)
  • Proven success in scaling paid search campaigns and improving digital revenue. (Preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple PPC campaigns effectively.
