This Bristol primary school is looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join their classrooms for one day a week covering PPA time, specifically in their Year 2 classroom. This school is in BS16 with public transport available and a car park on the site of the school. It is highly regarded and receives excellent feedback from parents and visitors. The school is centred around children and is looking for a like-minded individual to join their Year 2 team and help the children excel.
With this PPA cover role in Year 2, you will need to have strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be covering the class duties for the day, taking over the work that the class teacher has done while picking up their day-to-day responsibilities. You will need to be able to work independently, use initiative, and demonstrate resilience when coping with the everyday challenges of working with young children. This role is open to ECTs and will be best suited to individuals who enjoy supply teaching.
