Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Portsmouth in the recruitment of a BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team working on a range of exciting projects within high-assurance environments.
Your New Role
You will coordinate digital building models across design and construction teams to ensure accurate, coordinated and up-to-date project information, act as the main BIM point of contact supporting collaboration between architects, engineers and contractors to help projects run smoothly on time and to agreed standards.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You will have proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within construction projects, a strong understanding of BIM processes and coordinated model delivery, as well as being confident in leading coordination meetings and working directly with subcontractors and delivery teams.
What You'll Get In Return
This role is being offered with a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
