The Role
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, supporting day-to-day finance operations and wider organisational objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure financial stability and informed decision-making during a period of change.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Support year-end processes, including audit preparation and liaison with external auditors.
- Produce accurate financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to interpret financial performance and provide commercial insight.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting.
About You
