Your new company
Ourclient, based in Sheffield, requires a NVQ level 2 plumber to perform maintenance work for£16.26 per hour PAYE premium (£14.51 basic) or£19.07 per hour Umbrella.
Your new role
Your role is key toensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics ofthe properties.
You will work onvarious projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents. Jobs willinclude minor repairs such as faulty taps, showers, and toilets, as well asfixing leaks or faults within the pipework.
Experience withdisabled modifications such as wet rooms, as well as tiling, splashbacks andsanitary work is recommended but not required.
This role is due tobegin immediately and is on going with 37 hours a week. Monday toFriday between 8:30am-4:30pm.
What you’ll need tosucceed
You must have an NVQlevel 2 and experience working within domestic properties. You will alsorequire a full clean driving licence as well as own hand tools.
What you’ll get inreturn
You will be providedwith a van and fuel to use during work hours, as well as power tools. You mustbe able to collect/return from the city centre depot, where uniform will alsobe provided. Weekly pay.
