Your new role
Hays are seeking a skilled plumber to start work ASAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out response plumbing maintenance tasks within various commercial buildings, on their own and as a part of a team.

Pay: Up to £21 p/hr
Please note, the only pay methods are PAYE or Umbrella. We do not pay CIS.
Responsibilities
- Reactive and planned plumbing works and building maintenance
- Undertake preventive work.
- Tasks could include bathroom/ kitchen repairs, addressing leaks, burst pipes, etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Qualification in Plumbing, NVQ level 2 or Equivalent.
- Relevant time served experience, with references. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Smartphone/tablet literate is desirable
- Demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills to an appropriate standard.

- Ability to adapt to organisational change if required
- Use your own initiative, either in a team or alone, to conduct tasks delegated by the Line Manager
- Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands
