Your new company
You will be working for a great social housing association within the Wakefield patch, you will be working as a part of the PPM team to help in maintaining the housing stock.
Your new role
You will be working as a Maintenance Plasterer, reporting to the Maintenance Manager on the progress of the jobs given to you. As a mobile operative, you will be given targets to meet as a part of your role within the PPM team. You will also be expected to have knowledge of Damp & Mould treatment techniques and prevention.
While working within social housing, you must be able to provide great customer service to all the tenants you work with and make them feel comfortable while you are working within their homes. This is a huge part of the role, and it is extremely important that the right candidate can show the right technical and behavioural skills when working in this specific environment.
What you’ll need to succeed You must have relevant qualifications
Clean and valid driving licence (Up to 6 points at most)
Experience in social housing is preferable.
