They are now seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of high-value highways schemes.Manage all commercial aspects of the highways project – Reporting to the Commercial Manager- Manage a team consisting of 2 section QSs / 2 Junior Surveyors and 2 Site Clerks- Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, and forecasts- Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management.- Ensure accurate reporting of project financial performance.- Identify and manage risks, variations, and opportunities.- Collaborate with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met.
