You will be joining a long-established, independent firm of chartered surveyors with a strong heritage in the Scottish property market. As a Chartered Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of residential valuation and survey services in line with RICS standards. This will include:
- Undertaking property inspections
- Producing Home Reports
- Mortgage valuations
- Private surveys
You will also provide expert advice to clients on property condition, risks, and market value within your local area.
