Our client provides integrated asset management for housing associations and local authorities, focusing on improving the living conditions of residents and leaving a lasting legacy in the communities we serve.
Our services include responsive repairs, void refurbishments, compliancy services and planned maintenance works.
Your new role
Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties. As a key member of our clients\' responsive repair team, you\'ll play a vital role in providing essential painting and decorating services to social housing tenants across the borough - ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.
You\'ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience in a painting and decorating role.
You will also require:
- Must have a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months- Previous experience as a qualified Tradesperson is preferred- Ability to use hand tools- Ability to operate small hand-held plants such as drills and breakers etc.-
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions-
Trade related qualification, city and guilds,
NVQ level 2 or equivalent- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
