People Operations Manager - Not for Profit Organisation - Remote with travel to Sheffield monthly (so you must live within a commutable distance to the city) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly organised People Operations Manager to oversee and continuously improve the organisation's operational infrastructure, people administration processes and governance frameworks. This is a broad and very varied role sitting at the centre of the business, responsible for recruitment administration, HR operations, Employer of Record administration, onboarding and offboarding, workforce asset management, supplier management, training administration, compliance reporting and organisational KPI coordination. The successful candidate will ensure that operational processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and consistently across both the organisation and its partners, supporting business growth through strong administration, reporting discipline and process governance.
