About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension Project Manager to join our team and provide support on all matters related to pensions. This is a key role, working across both current and legacy pension schemes, and interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, including the Trustee Board. The successful candidate will be capable of navigating complex pension landscapes and ensuring the effective management and governance of our pension arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of UK pension schemes, including final salary schemes.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for the Trustee Board, ensuring they are well-informed and supported in their duties.
  3. Prepare and deliver high-quality papers for Trustee Board meetings, ensuring all information is accurate, timely, and readily accessible.
  4. Track and ensure the completion of actions arising from Trustee Board meetings.
  5. Manage pension-related projects from end-to-end, ensuring key milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
  6. Support the HR department with the pension elements of employee benefits, providing expert knowledge and assistance.
