A large multinational leader based in London is currently looking for a Pension & Benefits Manager to support the Pensions team. You'll be involved in a lovely team working at a company that is consistently growing, working in their beautiful offices where there is a modern and calm feel. This role is for someone who's looking to take charge of the Pensions function with the scope of taking over other potential duties such as implementation projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the main pension lead, including taking charge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
- Ensure all pensions comply with legislation.
- Annual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including dealing with third-party providers.
- Lead the implementation of system changes and new projects.
