We are currently recruiting a Labourer for a permanent position working across two new build housing sites. This role would suit a reliable, hard-working individual who is happy to travel between sites and is looking for long-term, stable employment within the construction industry.
Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Saturday work: Available and paid at 1.5x overtime rate
Your new role:
- General labouring duties on new build residential housing sites
- Assisting trades including bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, electricians, and site managers
- Loading out and moving materials around site
- Ensuring plots, walkways, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy
- Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials
- Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
- Travelling between two sites as required to support site operations
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a site labourer (new build housing experience preferred)
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive between sites
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
