Your new company

We are currently recruiting a Labourer for a permanent position working across two new build housing sites. This role would suit a reliable, hard-working individual who is happy to travel between sites and is looking for long-term, stable employment within the construction industry.

  • Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour
  • Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Saturday work: Available and paid at 1.5x overtime rate

Your new role

  • General labouring duties on new build residential housing sites
  • Assisting trades including bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, electricians, and site managers
  • Loading out and moving materials around site
  • Ensuring plots, walkways, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy
  • Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials
  • Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
  • Travelling between two sites as required to support site operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a site labourer (new build housing experience preferred)
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to drive between sites
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
