About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contracted basis. This role is pivotal in supporting year-end payroll activities, managing share vestings, and leading the implementation of our All Employee Share Plan across the UK and Spain.
Key Responsibilities
Year-End Payroll Activities:
- Collaborate with Merian on bonus and salary reviews.
- Ensure accuracy of pro-rations and special cases.
Mobility & Tax Compliance:
- Partner with EY to manage mobility and dual tax liability cases for year-end awards, including share vestings.
Share Vesting Management:
- Oversee payroll for all share vestings scheduled for 2026.
All Employee Share Plan Implementation:
- Act as team lead for project delivery in the UK and Spain.
- Support employee communications and payroll integration (including paycode creation and setup).
- Configure share plan within Spain’s flexible benefits portal.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Working knowledge of shares and share schemes.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Understanding of Spanish taxation and payroll processes.
- Experience in managing executive remuneration.
