Payroll & Benefits Manger – Global Legal Firm based in the City – Up to £70k Your new company This company is a global legal firm. The position will be based in their high-end offices in the City. They are currently going through a period of growth, which is the reason for this position. They are a global practice with offices in EMEA and North America. Your new role You will be responsible for the end to end UK payroll using ADP iHCM. You will also be overseeing the payroll change project, the business is currently undergoing. You will be identifying and implementing improvements to the BAU payroll operations. You will also have full management of the UK benefits platform. What you\’ll need to succeed You will ideally have experience working within the Legal or Professional Services industry. Experience managing end to end payrolls, using ADP iHCM. You will possess and be able to demonstrate high organisational and attention to detail skills. Communication is key in this position, as you will be dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
