Part-Time Front Desk Assistant

Your new company A leading accommodation provider is seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant to join their on site team in Bath. Work Pattern Location: Central Bath Part-time role 30hrs a week On-site Your new role As Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the property. What you'll need to succeed Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures. Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries. Supporting residents with a range of accommodation-related queries. Managing incoming deliveries and parcel collections. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems. Providing general front-of-house and administrative support. W hat you'll get in return Previous experience in a customer service, reception or administration role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems. Professional and friendly approach. Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload.
