Your new company:

Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at Primary Schools in Bristol. This role is to work a Thursday and Friday sharing the class with the Deputy Head Teacher.

Your new role:

This role is on a part-time basis but will be sharing the classroom duties including PPA, marking and other class responsibilities. The school will be looking for someone with strong and adaptable classroom skills as you will be sharing the class with the Deputy Head Teacher; the role is open to strong ECTs. Whilst the role is part time, the school will be expecting you to take the class on as if it were a full-time role for the days you are working. If you like the idea of working two days a week sharing a class with a senior leadership member, then this is the role for you.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
  • Experience teaching in a Primary School.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
