Part time Administrator in Plymouth
Your new company
Working for a property company within Drake Circus as a Part time Administrator.
The role is 25-30 hours per week between the days of Monday- Friday.
(Salary for this role on a full time basis is £25k so please keep this in mind that the salary will be pro rota to the hours of 25-30)
Your new role
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required, e.g. Scheduling meetings, dealing with site deliveries, organising travel and accommodation, managing expenses, updating physical / digital staff communication boards, collating and updating the site travel plan.
- Supporting the marketing team with planning company led events and charity initiatives at the barcode.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as requested.
