Are you an experienced painter seeking a rewarding opportunity? We are working with a local council to recruit skilled painters to support their social housing team.

Your New Role

As a Painter, you will provide high-quality painting and decorating services across the councils' social housing properties. Your role will also include addressing issues related to damp and mould, ensuring properties meet the necessary standards for tenants whilst delivering high quality customer care.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Level 2 City & Guilds in Painting and Decorating
  • Relevant experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing.
  • A solid understanding of damp and mould issues, with the ability to address these effectively
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service delivery
