Hays Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to work on behalf of a leading construction contractor on a commercial project in Poole, Bournemouth. This role will primarily involve snagging and finishing works, ensuring all painted surfaces meet a high standard before project completion.
Duties:
- Carrying out painting snagging works on completed areas
- Touching up paintwork and rectifying defects
- Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming
- Ensuring all finishes are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working closely with site management to complete outstanding items
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience as a painter, ideally with snagging experience
- Own tools and full PPE
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
