Your new role
Are you an experienced property condition surveyor or building surveyor, with commercial property experience? – We are seeking a talented and detail-orientated professional to join a dynamic team. You will visit a wide range of operational buildings in order to undertake property condition assessments. As part of this work, you will produce a report, also identifying any key defects, maintenance issues, or potential risks.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a background working either as a building surveyor or stock condition surveyor, specifically working on commercial properties. You’ll need to possess excellent knowledge of building fabric components, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and also have the ability to produce clear and concise reports. A P402 certificate / qualification is required in order to undertake this role.
What you’ll get in return
In return, we are able to offer an initial 12 month contract role, with weekly pay, and an hourly rate of up to £37 per hour (umbrella). You’ll be able to work on a hybrid basis, combining work from home with site visits across the local Southwest region in Devon.
