Your new company is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy seeking an experienced MEP Director to lead and grow its Building Services capability from its London office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established Associate Director or Director looking to take ownership of a building services function within a respected consultancy operating at the forefront of the UK development and construction market.
Your new role involves playing a key role in shaping and leading the Building Services arm, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality technical and commercial outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy, influence, and a genuine platform to help drive business growth. The consultancy works closely with developers, investors, and design teams on complex schemes, offering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Projects & Sectors
- Large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes
- Residential-led developments, including high-end and build-to-rent
- Commercial office new build and refurbishment projects
- Retail, logistics, and urban masterplanning schemes
- Early-stage feasibility, energy strategy, and concept design, through to delivery and handover
