An innovative and rapidly growing aerospace organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to support critical sourcing, supplier management and supply chain activities across a portfolio of cutting-edge engineering projects.
Working within a highly technical environment, you will be responsible for managing indirect procurement activity, supplier relationships and contract administration to ensure successful delivery of key programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing, procurement and supply chain activities across multiple indirect categories and projects.
Develop and maintain long-term collaborative supplier relationships.
Prepare, review and draft procurement andmercial documents including SOWs, contracts and NDAs.
Support engineering and technical teams with procurement requirements and technical specifications.
Take ownership of supplier performance and contract management from award through to deliverypletion.
Manage supplier onboarding activities and approval processes for new spend requests.
Coordinate procurement administration, documentation and stakeholdermunications.
Support office operations including shipment coordination, supplies management and associated logistics activities.
Ensure procurement activitiesply with internal policies andernance procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain processes.
About You
Previous experience within Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain ormercial functions.
Strong supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience negotiating and administering contracts andmercial agreements.
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
Experience supporting technical sourcing projects.
Knowledge of supplier onboarding, procurementernance and purchasing processes.
Understanding of UK, European or US export controls would be advantageous
