Excellent new data administrator role for a rapidly growing business in Oxford! Full time, 37.50 hours per week. 3 days at home, 2 days in the office. Β£26,000 - Β£27,000 + 10% bonus.
Your new company is a specialist in their field, working closely with their customers to improve compliance and maintain ongoing relationships.
Your new role is to cross-reference information received from customers with close attention to detail, to ensure that the data is accurate before being published. You will be reviewing data from both customer forms and other records, to ensure there are no discrepancies within the information. A small part of the role will also be to deal with customers on the phone if you find an error in the information provided and need to amend.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will have an excellent eye for detail, demonstrated from a degree or from a similar, relevant data-orientated role.
- You will be used to working on CRM systems and able to deal with data and information on a daily basis.
- You will also need to be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone, as it is part of the role when you discover discrepancies.
